1. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on snaprefine.com are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. On the Apple App Store and Google Play, prices are displayed and charged in your local currency.

2. Credit Bundles

Credit bundles (e.g. 50, 100, 500 credits) are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your SnapRefine account immediately upon successful payment and never expire. Each Refine request deducts credits from your balance based on the selected model (1 credit for Flash, 3 credits for Pro).

3. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Silver Weekly, Gold Monthly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not remove credits already granted. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account page, or via the App Store / Google Play if purchased on mobile.

4. Refund Policy

Credit bundles and subscription payments are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact info@websafe365.com within 14 days and we will investigate.

Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to those platforms' refund policies — please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests on mobile purchases.

5. Failed Edits

If an AI generation fails due to a system error on our side, the credits charged for that request are automatically refunded to your account.

6. Taxes

Where applicable, taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing location.
