1. SnapRefine with AI — Introduction

"SnapRefine", "SnapRefine with AI", "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to our company, Innovotech Solutions Ltd. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Our Service

The SnapRefine app and web editor are tools that allow users to make changes to their photos using artificial intelligence technology. The Service uses leading AI image models (currently Google Gemini and, where applicable, OpenAI) to understand natural-language input from users and modify images based on that input.

With SnapRefine, users can upload an image, optionally highlight specific areas, then provide a text description of the desired changes. Upon clicking "Refine", the Service presents modified images matching the description. Users can download the chosen result, copy it to the clipboard, or request further variations.

Users can purchase AI Credit bundles (e.g. 50, 100, or 500 credits) or subscribe to a recurring plan via the web, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Each refine request deducts credits from the user's balance. Credit balances are tied to the user's SnapRefine account and are usable on web, iOS, and Android.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant SnapRefine a limited licence to process those photos solely to provide the Service. The SnapRefine name, logo, app, and website are the intellectual property of Innovotech Solutions Ltd.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapRefine and Innovotech Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
